Pre-rolled and ready to fill with your favorite stuffings, each leg is meaty and succulent yet delicate in texture, just as lamb should be. In fact, this is 100% grass-fed lamb, raised free-range on verdant New Zealand family-run farms. Completely free from steroids, antiobiotics or genetically modified feed, it offers a taste of natural goodness in every bite, vastly superior to the lamb cuts you'll find in the grocery store.

Since the leg is deboned, it's simple to prepare, and can be roasted or grilled. This is quite a delicate cut, so it's best cooked to medium or medium-rare for the optimum texture and flavor. Serve leg of lamb alongside carrots and potatoes with a garnish of rosemary for that extra rustic touch!

Our boneless lamb legs are prepared by Broadleaf Game, a Californian specialty meat distributor founded in the 1980s as an importer of New Zealand venison. Today, they supply a diverse range of fresh, cured and smoked meats across the USA, including Australian Wagyu Beef, New Zealand Venison and Elk, Texas Wild Boar and Spanish Iberico Pork. They source their lamb from New Zealand pastures where animals are treated humanely and fed a natural grass-fed diet, leading to juicier flavor and tenderness.

Lamb serves as variety for me not quite as anabolic as beef(imo) but very tasty.
