Lamb 7-8 Frenched Rib Racks, Frozen

You’ll just need some salt and pepper, and some herbs to let that fabulous lamb flavor shine through. The beautifully Frenched bone gives it that touch of elegance, but if you’re looking for a boneless rib experience, just remove the bone with a sharp knife and voila, boneless loin meat!

Our New Zealand lamb is smaller and milder than the American version, so you’ll find it really flavorful, but less gamey and intense, and more suited to all palates. You’ll see some beautiful fine marbling on this Frenched rack of lamb, which will melt deliciously into the meat as it cooks. We love lamb cooked to a medium point, although some swear that lamb should always be served medium-rare. Whichever way you prefer it, our rich New Zealand rack of lamb will cook to tender, full flavored perfection.
