Q:We have been dicing up your stew meat for our 2 cats and about 25% loss from gristle and connective tissue. Is this meat more lean. What about the flank steaks.
which would be easier to dice?

A:The Venison Stir-Fry Meat will work better for this than the Stew Meat. It is great for dicing as it is already pre-cut and it has little to no gristle.
