Q:Does the antelope osso bucco come with cooking instructions? Also, will it arrive frozen, and can it be cooked from frozen, or does it need to thaw? Just want to plan appropriately. Thanks!
A:The meat does not come with cooking instructions.
This is a frozen product, it will be shipped out Overnight with dry ice so it will arrive frozen as well. We recommend thawing it out in the refrigerator overnight instead of using it frozen.
