If you’ve never tasted a Wagyu Ribeye steak with a Marble Score of 6, it’s time to rectify that immediately. This is prime beef from humanely raised Australian cattle with ribbons of creamy, succulent fat running throughout every inch of the meat. This isn’t just steak, it’s the richest steak there is.

You barely need a knife to cut into the tender flesh. Select from a whole cut or our team of butchers can cut it into steaks at ¾ inch, 1inch, 1 ¼ inches, 1 ½ inches, 1 ¾ inches, and 2 inches. With this uneven piece of meat we get as close to your specifications as possible and will include all trimmings.

What’s the best way to cook this Wagyu Ribeye? You can’t go wrong on the grill, ever. Bring it to room temperature and simply season it with salt and pepper. You can make a stellar meal with a medium cooked steak but we highly recommend medium rare. Because of the high fat content, watch out for flare ups.
