Sourced from Broadleaf, our steaks come from 100% pure Wagyu cattle raised on the golden pastureland of the Australian outback. Descendants of the same cows responsible for the world-renowned Kobe beef, these animals have been carefully bred and selected for generations to produce the highest quality meat. Known for their high ratios of intramuscular fat, Wagyu cattle are so evenly marbled and the fat so well distributed throughout its muscles, that each portion is imbued with incredibly rich flavor and rendered buttery soft.
