This deceptively simple and humble recipe has one secret ingredient: Wagyu corned beef. Deliciously buttery and marbled, wagyu corned beef gives a rich and luxurious flavor to this hearty hash.

Wagyu Corned Beef Hash Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz.Wagyu Corned Beef
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 4 large potatoes, peel and diced
  • ½ large sweet onion, diced
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/3 cup tomato sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes until soft, drain and reserve.
  2. Bring the olive oil and butter on a large pan to medium heat and add the onions. Saute until the onions are slightly tender.
  3. Add the potatoes, corned beef, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and paprika and saute on medium-high for about 7 minutes.
  4. Toss in green pepper and parsley, stir and cook, covered, for another 2 minutes. Reserve warm.
  5. In a separate frying pan, fry 4 eggs.
  6. Plate the hash on a plate and top with a fried egg and slices of tomatoes, garnishing with a sprinkle of fresh parsley.
