Our red deer and Cervena venison meat comes from family-owned farms,  raised humanely and free-range in the pristine pastures of  New Zealand. Never given hormones, antibiotics or any genetically-engineered feed, and always fed on grass (with supplements of hay during the winter) our New Zealand venison meat is as natural as nature intended it to be.  You’ll discover a truly tender texture, and a pleasantly flavorful but never gamey meat. Plus, it’s a healthy alternative to other red meats, with 1/5 of the fat of comparable beef cuts, and more protein, vitamin B and iron.
