The Nueske family Applewood smoking came to Wisconsin in 1887 from Europe, and with them they brought the European skills of Applewood smoking and dozens of recipes for spicing and curing meat. They’ve been selling their delicious bacons since 1933, and now we have their smoked bacon for sale at Steaks & Game. Nueske bacon, turkey and other delicious cured meats are made by using lean meats, hand-blending imported spices and never using binders.

Storage Information
- Product will arrive in a vacuum-sealed bag. Refrigerate immediately on receipt.
