I ordered the alligator tenderloins with total excitement and anticipation to make my own "Gator Bites", but ended up following this recipe and Wow...how happy I was to taste my gator mortals that turned out better than expected. The gator was tender (don't overcook it) and this recipe was easy. Ordering my second 5lb Gator now!
