Trimmed into filets (similar to a filet mignon), our Wagyu Rib Eye Filets are thicker and rounder, weighing approximately 8 oz. each.

The stand-alone greatness of this Wagyu steak calls for just a light seasoning with salt and pepper, and perhaps a pat of butter and a sprig of rosemary or thyme. That’s it! This has enough marbling that you don’t need oil (or just the barest amount) to cook it. Cook it on a medium hot pan, and don’t overcook, just medium-rare is perfect to melt that creamy fat.
