Q:Is any moisture, preservatives or flavoring injected into ham before or after smoking?
A:No moisture, preservatives or flavors are injected into the ham at any preparation stage.
Q:Can I purchase a ham uncooked so I can smoke it myself
A:The Berkshire Pork Ham, Steamship Round, Bone In is available only smoked from the producer, they do not offer it in an uncooked version.
Q:Is it fresh or cured?
A:This is a smoked, uncured ham.
